A booking can be made on behalf of another resident, such as an elderly relative or someone without access to the internet. If you are disposing of trade waste or you are towing a trailer with a van you will be charged accordingly. If you are bringing a trailer that is towed by a car you will need to make a booking.

We will be monitoring the introduction of the booking scheme very closely alongside our enforcement team. We would recommend booking early for these occasions. We have analysed current site usage and added enough slots to meet demand. If you are unclear if your vehicle needs an e-permit, check the criteria on our Apply for a waste e-permit page. An e-permit is still required to make a booking for commercial type vehicles and trailers.
